- The cutter assembly, consisting of a carbide steel rotary blade with hand grip mounted on a slide rod guide and a stainless steel cutting surface is combined with a ribbon hold-down spring to assure flawless feeding and cutting for up to a width of 18″ of ribbon bolts
- Hinged top lifts for placement of ribbon bolts in the recessed holding tray
- Adjustable bolt holder provides stability when the full width of the holding tray is not filled
- Finished with gray baked powder coat
- Rubber, non-skid feet protect counter surfaces and prevent slipping
