These popular Bulman dispensers/cutters and racks are designed for practical, efficient holding, dispensing and cutting of roll paper. Roll changes can be made quickly by pulling the blade to an open position and locking it into place.

- Can be equipped with Trim Master Precision Cutting Mechanisms (M883)
